These terms are a placeholder. Have a lawyer review before launch. They should cover: the subscription and billing terms, the 30-day refund policy, that leads summarize third-party public postings and may contain errors, that subscribers bid directly and Brief Drop is not party to any contract, and acceptable use of the content (no reselling or republishing leads).
